About us

Julie Bélanger-Belley

A bilingual manager, I've been working as a human resources professional for over 20 years. Always with a view to supporting strategic objectives and organizational values, I have demonstrated my leadership skills in supporting the objectives of the organization I represent, and have always found it easy to collaborate with managers at all levels to ensure smooth integration of all human resources functions. Having worked in several Canadian provinces, I have a strong capacity for flexibility and adaptation. I have in-depth and varied knowledge of the human resources field, in both the public and private sectors, in small and large companies, in unionized and non-unionized environments, and always in diversified and multicultural environments.

I've always been a go-getter, open-minded and ready to take on new challenges. With a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal and a Master's in Canadian and Intercultural Studies in progress, I have many strings to my bow. I love working in the business world, where people are at the heart of the enterprise. My curiosity and growing attraction to the field of personal and professional development, fueled by my intuition, have driven me over the years to enrich my understanding of human beings, of the world of work, but first and foremost of myself. As a lecturer in the Bachelor of Business Administration program, I understand the importance of keeping up to date in the business world, so that I can pass on my knowledge and professional passion.

In addition to being a businesswoman who loves her work, I'm passionate about the world of fitness and the outdoors, I'm the mother of two young daughters and the wife of a retired military man. In addition, I've been teaching various fitness classes for over 20 years, and since 2018, I've been the founder of the fitness and wellness program, Zen Fit.
