- Status: Contract, Part-time (with possibility of evolution according to mandates).

- Location: Manitoba (telecommuting possible depending on projects and needs).

- Start date: Flexible - Preparing for future mandates in 2025.

We are looking for

- A courageous and proactive person, ready to support Julie and bring new ideas to the human resources field.

- Professional experience in HR, project management or business administration.

- An interest in the Francophonie and an understanding of the challenges and opportunities in Manitoba.

- The ability to work independently while collaborating on a variety of projects, and to adapt quickly to customer needs. 

- Confidentiality is an absolute must.

- Strong written and oral communication skills in French (English is an asset).

What you will or could do

As an HR rebel, you will be involved in stimulating and innovative projects, such as :

- Recruitment: Needs analysis, job posting, sorting of applications, participation in interviews.

- Writing and editing: creating or updating HR policies, procedures and strategic documents.

- Project management: Support the implementation of HR solutions tailored to specific customer needs.

- Customer development: Participate in expanding the business network and acquiring new customers.
