Welcome!
Human resources (HR) management is crucial to the success of any business, but it requires time and effort to stay up to date with all applicable labor laws in order to minimize risks, optimize operational efficiency, and minimize conflicts. Many organizations do not always have the resources to hire a full-time employee to handle these tasks.
This is where Rebelleyus HR Consulting can make all the difference!

Julie Bélanger-Belley
As a bilingual manager, I have been working as a human resources professional for over 20 years. Always striving to support strategic objectives and organizational values, I have demonstrated my leadership skills by supporting the goals of the organization I represent. I have always found it easy to collaborate with managers at all levels to ensure the smooth integration of all human resources functions. Having worked in several Canadian provinces, I am highly flexible and adaptable. I have in-depth and varied knowledge in the field of human resources, in both the public and private sectors, in small and large companies, in unionized and non-unionized environments, and always in diverse and multicultural settings.
I have always been a go-getter, open-minded and ready to take on new challenges. With a bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Montreal and currently pursuing a master's degree in Canadian and Intercultural Studies, I have many strings to my bow. I love working in the business world, where people are at the heart of the company. My curiosity and growing interest in personal and professional development, fueled by my intuition, have driven me over the years to enrich my understanding of human beings, the world of work, but first and foremost, myself. As a lecturer for the Bachelor of Business Administration program, I understand the importance of staying up to date in the business world in order to effectively convey my knowledge and professional passion.
In addition to being a businesswoman who loves her job, I am passionate about fitness and the outdoors, I am the mother of two young girls and the wife of a retired military man. I have also been teaching various fitness classes for over 20 years, and in 2018, I founded the fitness and wellness program Zen Fit.
I look forward to working with you!
