Because everything happens first and foremost in the mind, Zen Fit is a bilingual exercise program for the body and the mind that will help you evolve towards a better quality of life. Ranging from cardio dance to progressive body weight training, the program combines endurance, toning, flexibility while focusing first and foremost on the well-being aspect by the practice of mindfulness, through music and movement. A zenifying modern active class, which will promote the maintenance of physical condition while aiming at an awareness of the body and overall well-being.
